These terms are a legal agreement between you and Precipice Health, LLC (“we”, “us”) — a Virginia limited liability company. By using precipice-health.com, by joining the waitlist, by answering the pricing survey, by writing to us, or by using Brand OS, you agree to these terms.

Each Precipice Health product has its own terms that govern use of that product.
Brand OS connects to third-party platforms we own accounts on (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube) so we can publish and measure our own posts. When you use the parts of Brand OS that call those platforms, you also agree to the platform's own developer-user terms:
If we find you doing any of these things, we may suspend or terminate access without notice, and we may cooperate with law enforcement.
Content you provide — your waitlist details, your survey answers, the emails you send us — belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store, process, back up, and transmit it only to the extent needed to run the website and Brand OS. We don't sell your content, we don't let third parties train their models on it, and we don't use it for advertising.
All text, images, marks, layouts, and code on precipice-health.com and in Brand OS are owned by Precipice Health, LLC or its licensors. The marks “Precipice Health” and the names of our products (including The Well, MDD, Evident, Lighthouse, Life OS, Mirror, Kindred, BookNookExchange, and MemIQ) are our property. Nothing on these pages grants you a license to use them.
We aim to keep the services running, but we don't guarantee any specific uptime, and we may take features down for maintenance or remove them entirely while we're pre-launch.
The website and Brand OS are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, Precipice Health, LLC disclaims all warranties — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Precipice Health, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or to your use of the services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
