This policy covers precipice-health.com, our founders waitlist and pricing survey, and Brand OS — our internal tool that connects to Precipice Health's own social accounts. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads on this site, and we don't share your information with third parties for marketing. Ever.

What this policy covers

Precipice Health, LLC is a Virginia limited liability company. This policy applies to:

The precipice-health.com website.
The founders waitlist and pricing survey.
Brand OS, our internal operations tool, specifically its connections to Precipice Health's own social accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.

Each product in the Precipice Health family has its own privacy policy that governs use of that product. See Product-specific policies near the bottom.

What we collect

From visitors to this website

Waitlist signups. Your name, email address, the product you asked about, and any pricing-survey answers you choose to give us.
Emails you send us. If you write to privacy@precipice-health.com or any other address on this site, we keep the message so we can reply and so we have a record of what we agreed.
Basic server logs. IP address, browser type, referrer, and general error logs. We use these to keep the site running smoothly and to protect it from abuse. We don't build advertising profiles with them.
Measurement pixel on waitlist pages only. The Meta Pixel runs on the public waitlist pages so we can measure sign-ups from our own ads on Facebook and Instagram. It does not run on this policy page or any other page you reach without going through a waitlist link.

Inside Brand OS (for Precipice Health's own social accounts)

Brand OS connects, with our own authorization, to accounts we own on five platforms: Facebook (Pages we administer), Instagram (business accounts linked to those Pages), Pinterest (business account), TikTok (business account), and YouTube (Brand Account channels we own). For each connection it stores:

OAuth access and refresh tokens, encrypted at rest. The raw token is never written to logs.
The Page / channel / board / account ID of the account we connected and the public display name and username of that account.
Posts we draft, approve, and publish from Brand OS to that account.
Public post and insight metrics for posts we published — impressions, likes, saves, pin clicks, video views, and comments on our own posts.

Brand OS does not read private messages, does not read follower lists, and does not read content from accounts we don't own. It only ever requests the permissions it needs to publish and measure our own posts.

YouTube API Services

Brand OS uses the YouTube API Services to upload videos to, and to read channel and analytics data for, Precipice Health's own YouTube channel (currently @PrecipiceHealth). We do not use the YouTube API Services on any channel we do not own.

By using Brand OS features that call YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

What we access, use, store, and share through the YouTube API Services:

Channel identity: the channel ID, title, and @handle of our own channel.
Video metadata: the video ID, title, description, upload timestamp, and privacy status for videos we upload or own.
Analytics: views, watch time, and subscriber count for our own channel and our own videos.
OAuth tokens: the YouTube access token and refresh token that let Brand OS act on our channel. These are stored encrypted at rest. The raw tokens are never written to logs.

This data is used only to show Precipice Health's own publishing performance to Precipice Health's own admin inside Brand OS. We do not sell it, we do not share it with any third party for their own purposes, and we do not use it to train generative models.

How to revoke Brand OS's access to YouTube:

Revoke the Google authorization directly at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
Or revoke inside Brand OS at Channel Connections → YouTube → Revoke.

Data deletion and refresh:

When access is revoked (either path above) or when we receive a deletion request at privacy@precipice-health.com, Brand OS deletes the stored YouTube API data within 30 days.
Per the YouTube Developer Policies, Brand OS also refreshes or deletes stored YouTube API data at least every 30 days so that what we show is current and no stale copy lingers.

How we use what we collect

We use your data solely to run precipice-health.com, keep you updated on the waitlist you joined, reply to messages you send us, and operate our own social accounts. Nothing else.

Who else touches your data

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site. None of them are given your data for their own marketing:

Our hosting provider. Runs the website and the Brand OS backend.
Resend. Sends transactional email — waitlist confirmations, the occasional update you asked for, and the owner password-reset email for Brand OS. Resend keeps the body of a sent email on their servers for about 30 days for deliverability troubleshooting; after that the content is purged on their side. We don't request longer retention.
Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube. When Brand OS publishes a post or reads insights for our own account, the request goes to that platform. Those posts and insights are public content on our own channels; the platforms' own privacy policies govern anything else.

We don't sell your data, we don't run ads on this site, and we don't train models on it.

We don't sell your name, your email, or your survey answers to anyone. We don't use the content you share with us to train generative models, and we don't let third parties use it for that either.

Product-specific policies

This policy covers precipice-health.com and Brand OS's social-account connections only. Each Precipice Health product has its own privacy policy that governs use of the product:

Children

precipice-health.com and Brand OS are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information through this site, email privacy@precipice-health.com and we will delete it.

Your rights & controls

Delete your waitlist record or any message you've sent us by emailing privacy@precipice-health.com. We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. For the step-by-step, see /data-deletion.
Correct anything in your waitlist record by writing to the same address.
Opt out of further email at any time by replying to any message you've received from us.

How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as you're on the waitlist or we're in active correspondence. If you ask us to delete, everything is purged within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep records. For what we retain for fraud-prevention purposes after a deletion, see /data-deletion.

Security

In transit. Everything moves over HTTPS (TLS).
Brand OS. Social-account OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to Brand OS is restricted to the owner and a small number of invited collaborators. Logins and token use are logged.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll post the new policy here. This page will always show the latest “Last updated” date at the top.
