Who this is for

This page covers everyone whose data Precipice Health, LLC might hold:

• Waitlist signups and pricing-survey respondents on precipice-health.com.
• Anyone who has written to us at privacy@precipice-health.com or any other address on this site.
• Anyone who has interacted with our social pages — liked, commented on, shared, or messaged a post on our Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, or YouTube channels — and wants us to delete the records of that interaction that we store inside Brand OS.
• Platform reviewers verifying the Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or Pinterest data-deletion flow for an app audit.

For data created inside one of our products (for example The Well), see Product-specific deletion at the bottom — each product has its own flow.

Ask us to delete it

1. Email privacy@precipice-health.com from the address associated with the record you want deleted.
2. Include the email you used, and what you want deleted — for example “my waitlist signup for The Well,” “my survey answers,” or “every record Brand OS has about my comment on your @precipice.health TikTok post.”
3. We respond within 7 days, confirm the identity of the requester, delete the requested data, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We email you when it's done.

Remove our apps from your platform settings

You can also disconnect Precipice Health from the platforms we publish to, directly in the platform's own settings. This is independent of our records — if you want us to delete our side too, email us as above.

• Meta (Facebook, Instagram). facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations, find Precipice Health — Brand OS, then Remove.
• TikTok. Settings → Manage account → Apps and websites → find Precipice Health — Brand OS → Remove.
• Google (YouTube). myaccount.google.com/permissions, find Precipice Health — Brand OS, then Remove access.
• Pinterest. Settings → Apps → find Precipice Health — Brand OS → Disconnect.

What gets deleted

Every deletion is a full cascade — nothing lingers in a “soft-deleted” state, and nothing is retained “just in case”.

What gets retained (and why)

For legal and fraud-prevention reasons, we retain a minimal record for up to 90 days after a deletion:

None of this can be used to reconstruct your name, your email, or the content of what you shared with us. After 90 days both are purged.

Platform callback URLs

Some platforms require a public data-deletion-request URL on the app operator's domain. For Precipice Health that URL is this page:

Each Precipice Health product has its own deletion flow for data an end user created inside the product. This page covers the website, the waitlist, the pricing survey, and Brand OS only.
